Description:
The HJ-15D is a metal anti-static joint used to connect two perpendicular pipes and create a 90-degree rounded corner. This connector is almost always used to build all sorts of ergonomic handles. You could easily create handles with other connectors from the Flexpipe system. This one, however, is designed specifically to do so. Its shape gives your handles a natural curve and a comfortable feeling.
The use of HJ-15D is so unique that when using it, users will automatically recognize that this part of the structure is a handle and that he or she should pull or push it. When combined with the rotating capacity of our hinge joints, this connector can create a rotating handle to facilitate the turning motion of a Flexpipe structure. The HJ-15D is equipped with eight striations for grip and four screw holes for when you need to build a handle that can pull large and heavy carts.
To create an HJ-15D, you need to combine two H-17D with two M6-25 bolts and two M6 nuts.

HOW TO INSTALL
1- Make sure you have the following parts:
2 H-17D
2 M6-25
2 M62
28mm pipes of your choice
1 spanner 5mm tip
1- Take two connectors H-17D and group them around the pipes PE1 and PE2.
2-Take two M6-25 bolts and two M6 nuts and insert them into the corresponding openings. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
3- Tighten completely the M6-25 bolts and M6 nuts together until the H-17D attached firmly to both pipes . A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
